the perfect snack
why is it perfect ? - less than 5mins to prepare - delicious - nutritious - edible with a spoon, hence can eat it while at work
steps: - get a large bowl - add ~4 tbsp of oat flakes - add 1 tsp of flax seeds - add 1 or 2 tsp of sugar - add 1 full tbsp of crunchy peanut butter - add tap water until the ingredients get covered - leave in microwave (high power) for ~1 mins 40 secs -adjust for quantity- - remove it right when the ingredients are about to fall out of the cup - cut a banana in slices and add it to the mix - stir and eat
nutrition: - lots of fibers (the oats) - proteins and -arguably- good fats (peanuts) - lots of omega-3 (flax seeds) - vitamin B-6 (bananas)
